Each of our products is made with care and precision. It typically takes between 2-5 business days for your order to be ready for dispatch. However, this duration might vary depending on the complexity of the order.

 

Courier Services

We trust in the reliability of our delivery partners to get your items to you safely and in good time. We ship our products using GLS, and FedEx courier services. Upon dispatch of your order, a tracking number will be provided so you can follow your package's journey.

 

Delivery Time

We pride ourselves on our swift delivery times. Whether you're in the EU or overseas, you can expect your order to arrive within 3-5 business days.

 

Checking Your Package

Your order is making its grand journey to you and should be at your doorstep within 5 working days! As much as we adore our products and package them with utmost care, couriers may sometimes handle them a bit too roughly. So, we need your help to avoid any damage to your precious item.

 

Here's what you can do:

Personal Acceptance: Treat the delivery like an esteemed guest! Please accept the delivery personally to ensure it is not mishandled by neighbors or left unattended outside.

 

Unboxing: Open the package in the presence of the courier. This allows you to immediately identify and document any potential damage that might have occurred during transit.

 

Damage Inspection: If the package appears dented or torn, it's detective time. Take some pictures and immediately report any visible damage to the courier.

 

Damage Report: If there's any damage, insist on creating a report with the courier on the spot. They are obliged to assist you with this. There's no 7-day grace period, contrary to what you may be told, so ensure this is done immediately.

 

Remember, these items aren't feathers; they are heavy and if mishandled, it may result in damage. So please ensure you welcome your package personally, inspect it diligently, and report any damages to both the courier and us immediately.

This might seem like a mission, but it's all to ensure your order arrives to you in perfect condition. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter!

 

Returns & Exchanges

We value your satisfaction and trust. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt of the item. Please note, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

 

Customs & Duties

Products are shipped from the European Union. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs or import duties once the order reaches its destination country. We do not cover this cost, so you will be responsible for paying any additional charges for customs clearance. We advise that you contact your local customs office for information as customs policies vary widely from country to country.
